Went in intending on buying the 2017 SS they had on the used lot. I offered them 2000 below what they were asking and I had to insist that the salesman ask his manager. I had the cash to buy it. They repeatedly asked about using their financing. The car was listed at 9800 miles and they have had for over 2 months and the odometer now reads almost 11K. I had an excellent experience overall with everyone I worked with, especially my salesman Andy Kuklish. I was flying in from out of state to see a vehicle and my flight was delayed multiple times. . .Andy came to pick me up at the airport and waited over an hour as a storm had to clear out before my flight could finally land. We purchased our 2018 Traverse from Reliable. Our sales person Blanca was amazing! She did everything she could to make the deal happen in fact this is our second vehicle purchased with her. Just had new fuel sensors, a fuel injection & induction along with throttle body service, and an engine de-carbon cleaning on my 1999 Corvette. Wasn’t cheap, but they also gave me a complimentary wash & carpet vacuuming. Just bought the car this last weekend and it already feels, drives, and sounds brand new. Thank you Reliable Service!
