My daughter purchased a brand new vehicle from Reliable. With UNDER 6,000 miles the check engine light came on. “Scheduled” a repair appointment for 10:30 on Monday. They can’t even “look” at it until Tuesday some time. No apology. No loaner. Lousy, lousy customer service. Buyer beware. Caveat emptor!
I’ve been sitting for six hours (and counting) waiting for two recalls and a detail to be done. I ended up canceling the detail so I can actually leave and get a (very) late lunch and do the other things I’d planned to do today...whenever the recall work is done. This has wasted an entire day off of work. The last time I spent this long in a dealership service department, I worked there.

We had a great experience with our sales reps, Billy Suggs and Jacob Williams, and Steve Webber in finance. We had some issues with the truck itself, but Tim Darden and Eric from the service department stepped-up were able to resolve the issue. Overall, we are satisfied with the experience.
