Hello Mathew, thanks so much for your mannerable and respectful treatment today. I am very disturbed and frankly put off by car salesmen that try to establish rapport by being overly familiar. In general, the majority of the salesman that I encounter for pre-owned vehicles are fairly young like yourself and I am offended and outraged when they try to use psychological tactics to engage me. Had my car towed into the service department, they gave me a ridiculous high quote, I told them don’t fix it, and they said it would be $115 to pick it up. Came up here and the new price was $234. Expressed my frustration and all he had to say was “Good luck because you’re not going to get it fixed for cheaper than our price.” With an extremely smug attitude. If you are looking for good customer service and a fair price, do not go here. There are plenty of reliable Chevy dealerships in the metroplex.
