Bait and switch were used on a internet add. I have been a customer of Reliable for over 10 years and spent over$250,000 there. Until my last visit I thought they were the best and trust worthy. On 2/22/19 I saw a internet ad and a vehicle I was interested in. I called my regular salesman to verify the price and availability of that vehicle, he verified the price was correct. I purchased a used vehicle 1 week ago today. I also purchased vehicle maintenance protection. I came into the service department on Tuesday and was told BY Chris that it didn’t go into effect for 90 days. I spoke with RJ in used sales and he says it goes into effect in 30 days. I’ve called Jeff Williams 4 times (and left voicemails) and emailed him twice . I called Andrew Browning twice and left voicemails.
