The information about the credit card is misleading. I spoke with 4 different customer service associates and all of them gave me misleading answers. I believe they use every opportunity available to lead you into thinking you will receive a deal, but then after wasted time; there is no deal. I wish I could give zero stars, because information about credit cards should not be misleading in any way.

I ordered luxury organic towels from pottery Barn in December. They finally arrived around February 1st and I was excited to open and try them out! The best thing about these towels was how they were pre-picked apart. I mean thats what people want in towels, right? Loose strings and unraveling. Kind of like the end of Game of Thrones. A long a** wait for a huge disappointment. Oh, and now they wont refund them. Thank you Pottery Barn for sucking so hard.

Bought a GreenPan for my Mom in Sept. The finish started to come off, so I called ******* Sonoma (WS). Would have taken it to the store in *******, **, but they closed it several weeks ago. Short version - WS told us we have to call GreenPan because its been so long since we purchased it. My perception - ******* Sonoma does NOT stand behind what they sell.

Terrible. They will not exchange a item they sent that is not the item identified in store w specific measurements. They are asking me to purchase another item that is correct and they will not refit the wrong item until they receive it. I received the items they were not correct. The helpful delivery crew assured me they will exchange w out problems. Not true

I ordered furniture in September 2021 and today, January 31, 2022, customer service can't tell me where the order is. It's read "preparing to ship" for months every though the product's in stock on their website. They can't even give me a reason as to why my order is missing, though they charged me for the order months ago. After waiting nearly 5 months, I had to cancel it and will never order furniture from them again.

I ordered a fan, and the very same day realized I made a mistake. The fan light has no dimming option. Called their customer service to cancel and they did. OR so they said. Decided I didnt trust it and checked with a rep via chat, he said its cancelled but he is also not sure so better call back to make sure the previous rep did it? Really? Long story short, it shipped anyway. No apologies, nothing. I placed an order for classroom valentines. I needed 21, and the website said they come in packs of 12 (I even have a screenshot showing set of 12 for this item). When they arrived, they were in packs of 8. I tried to fix the problem myself, by ordering more, but they are out of stock online. My son already wrote his name on the ones we have, so I cant return. Ensure you will not want to cancel an order once placed, as they will refuse to cancel the order so that they can charge you a full shipping fee.I ordered on 11/25/2021. The order had not shipped by 12/30/2021, and I called requesting the order be cancelled. They refused to comply with my cancelation request. I called every day from 12/30/2021 until 01/06/2022 requesting an order cancellation and they refused to cancel my order. On 01/07/2022 the item shipped to their "distribution center". I ordered 8 dining chairs four days ago. They are in transit to me, supposedly. I saw on the website that they reduced the price by $35 ( per pair). As chairs are shipped in pairs it would be a difference of $135.60. I called customer service and asked for a price adjustment since It was only 4 days ago that I placed the order and I have not received the shipment.
