I ordered a simple gift card in November to give my son-in-law for Christmas. I received tracking updates that it was on its way for weeks - all the way until January 20th when I finally called Williams-Sonoma out of desperation and frustration. After 45 minutes of being put on hold I was told they would look into the problem and get back to me. I have just received a tracking notice that a replacement will be delivered Feb *****. I had items in my Pottery Barn shopping cart. I received two emails noting Free Shipping on my cart. I went to my cart to place the order and was charged with Shipping. I spoke to customer service - was on on the phone 1 and 1/2 hours and was told because the emails, which came from Pottery Barn, did not have a code, they would not honor the Free Shipping. Sold us an expensive piece of nursery furniture with the claim that the item would be delivered with ********************* a major metropolitan ** city is viewable from our neighborhood but I guess our ZIP Code didn't qualify?We learned this the hard way, expecting a dresser for a newborn to a home with a disabled adult and a 5-month pregnant woman's home that would be carried up and assembled. They sold me an item that doesnt exist. Nowhere on the website or order confirmation did it say the order was back ordered (it was a birthday presented so I ordered it specifically for the delivery date in mind). They keep pushing back the delivery date and lying about it to me when I contact support. Their support told me to return it on the website if the shipping date was too late, only for me to discover its considered NOT returnable since it hasnt been shipped yet. BE AWARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. It was the worst online shopping experience I had all my life. Ordered a kettle on 9th, Jan which was expected to be delivered on 21th Jan and has not even prepared to ship after a week. I called customer service and they said it's the date when they will be receiving the product from the importation center!! I was told delivery would be mid December and when It wasn't I was told it would be December 27, 2021 through January 14, 2022. Only giving one star because zero isn't an option.I ordered stools back in July 2021. When I placed the order they state it would not ship until the end of October. Not ideal, but understandable with supply chain issues. I didn't hear anything else until September when they sent an email saying they would not ship until early January. Again, not great, but given supply chain issues I let it go. I ordered chairs from west elm A year ago and still have not received them. Whenever I reach out the say its an issue with the distribution center and give me the run around. Now they arent expected till April 2022. It will be a year and half. I have a table and no chairs and no one will do anything to help me!

I am only giving one star because I have to. I ordered sheets in Octoberemailed weeks later saying it would not be shipped until Decemberanother email weeks later saying February! I tried to cancel the order and West Elm wouldnt let me. Thank goodness I used PayPal and they helped me get my money back. Now I received a threatening email saying I am fraudulent. This better not mess up my credit score
