******* Sonoma Reserve is a ripoff. They advertise it as a cooking service, recipes, classes etc. but in the fine print it really is only a way to make you pay for their app and "free" shipping. The classes are things like how to make coffee, full of ads and product placement and the shipping would be less to pay for an occasional purchase (unless you buy thousands of dollars of their overpriced products, in which case you can afford this.) After ordering my item in May 2021, and trying to follow up with them multiple times via phone and ******* on why they kept changing the shipping date, they finally cancelled the order today. They were also dishonest throughout the process, saying the item would ship on X date, but always moving the date forward (it must have been automated, showing the disregard they have for customers). They are riding on their brand but they have lost a potential customer for life. Such a terribly run company.

Pottery Barn does not allow reviews of their company or their products anywhere. They sell subpar products and then offer absolutely no warranty whatsoever of their crappy products. There is no way for consumers to warn others not to buy. I bought two sets of dishes and over the course of a couple of months, the finish wore off just by stirring a spoon or using a utensils in the bowls/plates. We have purchased tons of furntiture and decor from PB over the years. We have experienced substantial delays over the last year - some of which were understandable. Most recently, however, we ordered a set of two chairs. We ordered them based on the representation that they would be delivered timely. They were delayed on multiple occassions. We never received a gift that was purchased for us. Their customer service MO is to tell you they will get back to you in 24 hours, but they have no intention of actually getting back to you.

I ordered the ************************ Table on 1/6/2021 through West Elm. When I ordered it said the item was backordered until April 2021. I continued to check the order details and the expected delivery date would update to the next 2-4 days. I called customer service several times throughout the year and all they could tell me is the same details I saw on the order details page of my account. I ordered a table over a year ago in October. They tried to deliver it, but the delivery people could not put it together. They told me they would order a new table. Then the table became unavailable to order and no one told me until I called about it. Once it was unavailable and I asked for a refund, they could not issue it because my credit card had changed. I placed an order, order number (it would not let me post with the number) on May 15th. When I placed this order this originally had an estimated delivery date of October 13th-27th for the dining table .The chairs which were also on this had an estimated date of November 4th-8th. Ironically on May 23rd, I received an email saying the dining chairs were already being shipped. I am extremely disappointed in Pottery Barn. I have always loved their products and purchased many over the years. I recently purchased a chandelier (online) from them that I was really excited about. Not only is it beautiful, but it's fair trade! About two to three weeks after I received it, it went on sale. I called for a price adjustment and was told they do not offer price adjustments on items already shipped. The chandelier was still in the box!
