Were going through the worst experience with this company!!! We ordered a sleeper sofa on November 12, 2021 (paid for in January 2022). The delivery was scheduled for March 30, 2022. In preparation for the sleeper sofas delivery, we donated our old sleeper sofa a day before the delivery. On a day of delivery, March 30th, we were notified by delivery company that the sleeper sofa was not being delivered as it was damaged in transit to the warehouse (way before our scheduled delivery date). Pottery Barn has become the ******* of furniture. So sad at how they dealt with my order that i waited weeks for and then delivered only 1/2 off it. Before it arrived the price changed and they refused to adjust my charge. Now they are saying they no longer have the missing chair. Impossible to speak with anyone who knows anything. The level of service at this company has gone down so far that I expect to see it closing ALL locations any day. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not purchase furniture from Pottery Barn. I ordered two Sussex Nightstands in January 2022. They were backordered with a three month wait. No problem. However, when I received them in March 2022, they were in disastrous shape. Table leg pieces that were too long and did not fit. Pegs that did not line up. Multiple cracks in the frame. Random screws in the box. I had to break out the power tools to even assemble properly. I have always loved Pottery Barn's style and products but I have had the worst customer service and experience with purchasing my living room furniture. My couch was order, canceled (by Pottery Barn store), reorder, backordered (5 months later) and then the loveseat was lost at the dock (total time 7 months and still missing). On the day of delivery not ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPERVISOR called me to notify me that they lost the loveseat. PB Dock called after delivery to apologize. I made a purchase for $5k and was persuaded by the cashier to open a Pottery Barn credit card to receive a 0% financing promotion, only to be charged for interest later. When I spoke to the credit card company they sent me to the store. When I talked to the store they sent me back to the credit card company. Ive been charged an additional $200 for an item for a credit card I didnt want in the first place. Neither the store or credit card company are willing to resolve the issue. Ordered wedding gift online 2/19/22. No indication this item was not available. After over two weeks of no updateson 3/10 .. I contacted WS to inquire. Was told item ship date now moved to 3/24. As wedding is 3/19 I called to cancel order. (Not yet debited). Was told this cannot be cancelled as a label already printed. Item has not been debited or shipped. Supervisor involved and again, cannot cancel. I would tell anyone NOT to order online from WS. Poor communication on their end and no true customer service.

I recently purchased the Faux Mixed Blooming Flower Easter Arrangement as a gift for my daughter-in-law and was embarrassed when the product arrived. The floral materials were cheap and sparse. The entire arrangement looked like it belonged in a bargain-basement clearance sale. I amended it with additional floral materials which helped a bit, but not much. This company has been nothing but a nightmare for the past year Ive been dealing with them. I dont even know where to start but Ill keep it short and simply say that I was charged when I was told I was not going to be, charge for furniture I never received, and still waiting 13 months for a chair I was charged $2300 for and still have not seen.
