Worst customer service! Been chasing them for 2 months on a refund!
Their company ************* promised shipping on something by December 22. They never completed the the order. **************** lied continually about where shipment was.
Any company that mass-fires employees days before Christmas deserves none of the customers they receive. Unethical business practices, disregarding the time and effort made by employees, and with no severance package? Horrible company.
I placed an order, 2 items, on November 11, 2021. On November 18, 2021, I called and updated the Shipping Address . I continued to call **************** to check on my items several times (approximately 16 times). The items were sent to the ** hub. One item was redirected and finally delivered (*******). Each time I called, the delivery address was showing as my billing address, (NY). Each time, I was told that the shipping address would be updated. Buyer beware! We chose PB over crate and barrel because their delivery dates were faster, but now they keep delaying. So far our furniture is delayed by FOUR months! They keep extending every week with a new estimated delivery date. When we attempt to cancel they say they have to get approval from an outside vendor, but their vendor never responds to the cancel requests. I Ordered a prime ********** in advance with guaranteed delivery for our Christmas party Just so they can tell me that it's going to be 5 days late and they won't refund my money By the time it finally gets here we're going out of state And they're gonna Leave it on our porch so I can sit there and rot almost paid $300 with guaranteed delivery horrible customer service I will never recommend this company for anybody
I ordered some products from Pottery Barn last year they kept billing me and then putting the money back and then I would see two deductions and one return they mustve done this eight times over a four month period and I waited for my order to come in now I ordered another product back in September they have removed $290 from my account four or five times and replaced it three times now they deducted another 290$ today I had emailed them before they claim they did not do it I talk to the bank and they have deducted it! I received a damaged item when ordering online and returned it in store. I spoke to 3 different employees in the store to return the product and still have not received the refund days later. They ended up refunding the incorrect item, which was less expensive, then charged me again for it due to their error. They assured me that I would be receiving the refund for the correct item. This is a review on Williams-Sonoma online store. I ordered an espresso machine on 11/30, original arriving date between 12/6-12/8, I called to make sure it won't be cancelled on 12/7 since I didn't see any status change, customer service reassured me that it shouldn't be. However, order was postponed on 12/8 to arrive between 12/16-12/8 instead. I just checked the status today, guess what, ORDER CANCELLED. No email notification or anything.
