I am unable to proceed without having to at least post one star. Unfortunately, if I could, I would rate my experience with no stars. I ordered a live fig tree through Williams-Sonoma. The tree was advertised as "only available at Williams-Sonoma" and "from an exclusive orchard. When the tree arrived, it was very unhealthy. Clearly, it had been shipped without regard to it being a live plant requiring extra care. Worst customer service ever. Purchased a $2500 bed and happily waited the six months for to arrive only to have one piece missing and no one helping to remedy the situation. The rest of the bed has been sitting at the delivery center for TWO MONTHS and after 2 hours on the phone with customer service (Who wouldn't listen to me!) they just decided to give my money back. I placed an order on oct 26 2021 and it said it would be here by November 1 anyway I didnt receive anything so I check it and it says my whole order was canceled!!! So I call and they check and say it must be a mistake on their end and he says he will reorder it for me and give me 10 dollars off for my trouble and I say ok go ahead and then he comes back and says he needs my credit card number and all my info on my card and I say Im sorry I dont give out my info over phone because Ive had my accounts stolen before and he say... read more

Worst experience ever and the products were damaged. Of course, they do not let actual consumers leave reviews on their website. I placed my order for three ornaments on Sept 13. Pottery Barn authorize my payment on September 13, which presumably was because the items were in stock and ready to ship. The items appeared to be in stock when I ordered and the items were expected to be delivered by October 3. Clearly, they were not in stock and there was no realistic timeframe in which they would be. I placed an order for a couch in July and given a delivery date for beginning of November. I was ok with that because it was being custom made. When I called the 800 number to confirm, a recorded message said I will receive a call Nov 5th for delivery. I called back the 800 number because I wanted to confirm with an actual person. Well total different answer. The couch is not made. They are waiting on a foam delivery and no idea when the couch will be completed! This is unacceptable. Had to buy from this store because of a wedding registry. Paid $400 for a toaster oven and 9 days later it was 20% off. Called customer service to see if I could get a refund or store credit for the $80 and was told I would have to return and repurchase. Kind of hard to do on a wedding registry especially since it is out of state. Horrible customer service even though they advise price match guarantee. Will never patronize again. Be forewarned.

Placed order for chair I saw yesterday at approximately 5PM today. Received confirmation in email at 6:19PM. Saw email around 6:45PM and called to cancel. Picture not color leather sample I saw yesterday. Told could not cancelthey needed to request cancellation from vendor and wouldnt know for days if vendor would approve. I was prepared to go to store tomorrow and buy chair after reviewing leather samples and making sure I was getting right color. No more. Filing dispute credit card company.

The purchase of the ** stand was a horrible experience. It was delivered 6 months later, and the drivers did not assemble it and just left it in the middle of the room and drove away. Customer service doesn't work.

We have had multiple promises about a $1500 bed we ordered in late August. At the end of August, wechose this bed because the sales rep in the store told us it was in stock and would be quicker. We were lied to four times on the phone (much less these email promises) about the delivery dates and the reasons. We were told the delivery date was accidentally sent to us.
