Pottery Barn, all departments is horrible. They used to be great. I ordered a simple backpack for my daughter for school. Received an email that it would be delivered by July 28th. When I didn't receive it, I emailed them. I was told that it had not shipped yet and there is never a guarantee of when it will be shipped. I then received an email that stated it shipped with Lasership. Who knows what kind of company that is. I just tried to track my order and it has been delivered to the wrong mailing hub. Ordered several furniture items from Pottery Barn Kids, including a mattress, bed, dresser, etc. I accepted delivery of all the furniture items except for the mattress. The mattress has been delayed several times with the latest estimate over 3 months from the order date. So rather than have a bed with no mattress for a 7 years old, I bought another mattress from a local store which arrived promptly. I have tried to cancel the mattress on this order 3 times. The worst customer service I have ever received. ******************** intentionally lied and mislead me. They excepted money for a service that 5 months later never delivered and have not delivered a refund in a timely fashion while continuing to lie and mislead me as a customer. Quite frankly they should be a shamed of themselves

This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had, and I order a lot of furniture and home goods online. In May, I placed an order for a pink bordered chenille jute rug. A couple weeks later, I got an email saying it was ready for delivery, but the email notes the rug had a grey border. I immediately reached out to customer service, who verified that the rug I ordered was pink and said I shouldnt worry. Sure enough, when the delivery folks arrived, they brought a grey bordered rug. On the fateful day in March we purchased all of the furniture for our nursery minus the glider chair (more on that later). We drove from ********* to Columbus to make sure it was what we wanted and we worked with store manager there who helped us greatly before we purchased everything online so as to not have to drive back to Columbus. HORRIBLE customer service. Been waiting well over 6 months for a couch to arrive and each time I have talked to customer service they cannot give a definitive answer on why the couch is taking so long. I have put 2 requests into the vendor and have never been notified again . Had I known it would take this long I would have NEVER ordered with West Elm.

Place an order with West Elm. My order was showing delivered by *** but I never received it. Called customer service, associate couldn't help and manager was rude and won't replace the order I did not receive. Spent 30 minutes wasting time with this customer manager who shouldn't be in that position in the original place.

Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. No one responds to emails, or phone calls. I placed an order June 5 and it said 3 weeks. It's been nearly 6 and now they are saying it won't arrive for another 2. I had said many times they need to cancel the order and no one responds. Never buy from these idiots.

******** ******** CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION I ordered a faucet from Rejuvenation, was supposed to be 3-5 weeks production time.I am 2 WEEKS after this supposed time, have called 3 X and no on seems to know what the status is. Then they said they THINK it will be shipped JULY 21?? I know things are back ordered but where is the communication --- *** *** COMPANY, *********
