Rejuvenation customer service and policies are abysmal. Ordered a $3000 table and a week later it went on sale for $700 less than I paid. I called customer service but they wouldn’t refund the difference. Only option was to cancel my order, lose the $199 shipping fee, reorder (adding an additional few weeks to my delivery window) AND repay for shipping again at $199. Since Pottery Barn Kids has such expensive merchandise, one would think to thank their customers and advocate support for purchasing their overpriced products that they would do their best to give excellent customer service. NOT the case!!!!!!I ordered a diaper bag for a friend on April 22. I was notified it would arrive on May 24. Each time I tracked it, it stated that it did not leave the warehouse. Customer service at this company is the worst. Staff is trained to be a robot and keep repeating the same story without finding a solution. We ordered a sofa which arrived after 2.5 months, better then our other furniture pieces which are delayed several times and for which estimated delivery date, for what it’s worth, is now over 6 months after order date. I am shocked to read these awful reviews. I thought I was alone. We ordered and paid for a table on 11/27/20 at West Elm in Portland, Maine. After months of phone calls, emails and store visits the table was finally supposed to be delivered today. The tabletop and installer arrived but the table base did not. The irony is that we were told that the base was in the warehouse but the top was what they were waiting for! They sent us an email to “reschedule” between 6/5-6/17. Ordered a *very expensive* sectional on 2/3/21 with an estimated delivery date of 4/24. This date comes and goes with no word from Pottery Barn. They finally set up a delivery date for 5/20/21, make us wait at home all day just to call us 15 minutes before the stated delivery deadline to tell us the frame is broken and that theyd call me in a few days after they had the chance to evaluate the couch and come up with a plan.On 5/24, after not hearing from them as they promised, I called Pottery Barn where they told me everythi... read more

This is the worst company to get something shipped to you. Put an order in back in February and kept tell us it will ship in two weeks. This has been going on for 3 months. On May 19, 2021 was told they were in stock and waiting for UPS to deliver. UPS said they did have a ticket to ship. I was told they would send another ticket over to UPS. On May 23, 2021 I am now being told to reorder. I never had a company lie to me so many times. They need to go out of business if this is how they treat customers.

Similar to other reviews, I ordered furniture from Pottery Barn that has not been delivered and is outside of the delivery window that had already been extended from the date I placed my order. I have called numerous times for an update on my order and eventually was put in contact with someone from their "leadership team", ***** *******. ***** gave me her (fake) extension and promised me that she would give me a call the following Monday with an update on my order. Pottery Barn demonstrates no appreciation or respect for customers and refuses even the most reasonable accommodations. After ordering thousands of dollars worth of furniture several months ago, I ordered a mirror for $350. Though it was in stock, the delivery estimate was about a month out. I would give this zero stars but it wasn't an option. I placed an order in February 2021 at West Elm online, a Williams-Sonoma company. Estimated delivery date was April 29, 2021. Monitoring the tracking, I noticed that by Apr 28 it hadn't moved from "ordered" status to "preparing to ship" status so I called customer service to inquire.
