The Worst Customer Service Ordered one of the ovens and received no confirmation, so ordered a second. The product went on sale cheaper, called to get the cheaper price, and a credit applied and was told that could not be done even though I had not received the merchandise. No one does this, everyone honors cheaper prices especially when the merchandise has not been received most would honor it up to 30 days after purchase. I placed a Pottery Barn order for 2 sets of their organic hydro cotton bath towels and bath mat on November 27, 2020 when they were on sale. I just checked order status and delivery is now delayed to 10/11/21. I understand this could be due to supply chain; HOWEVER, according Pottery Barn online, I can place the same order today and receive the items July 27, 2021. What the hell! terrible experience with West Elm. I was charged upfront for a couch with an estimated delivery out of 4-5 weeks. Later I got an email indicating the delivery was moved out another 5-6 weeks. I cancelled the order and placed an order for another couch which was showing delivery out 4-6 weeks. It was the incorrect couch. I placed an order on February 14, 2021 for a Charlie full-size conversion kit. Twice I was sent only a footboard with no accompanying hardware or base. I've been on the phone with PB for no less than 10+ hours as they escalated my situation to their audit team. March 19th I received an email from a Senior Lead at PB informing me that my order won't be available until August 2021, but in the meantime they would provide me with a luxury conversion kit to convert my son's toddler bed into a full sized bed. I ordered a set of cutting boards on March 8 that was to be delivered between March 25 and 26. When they did not arrive, I checked the tracking, and the date had been moved out by several days. This process was repeated multiple times: the date was missed, and the new estimated arrival had been pushed out another few days. I ordered a couch on December 21st for $7500. We finally received an email stating the couch would be delivered between March 3 and March 17 and they went ahead and took the payment for the couch. March 17th, still no couch or call to schedule a delivery. I called and a rep claimed we're missing one piece of our sectional and they would check on that order. I would give zero if I could. Do not purchase Pottery Barn. They mess up every order. Takes 21 business days for a return when it's pottery barns fault. Stay away. Not worth the time you will spend with customer service.
Ordered a $200 Le Creuset cookware piece. On the of order ETA was 2 weeks. So at 2 weeks checked tracking & found it was on backorder! I received no notice at the time of purchase it was not in stock or any notice after that. The new ETA was 2 more weeks. Please BEWARE! Made unauthorized charges to my card, months after I purchased an item, when the item actually mailed out. And even overcharged me for the item I already paid for. Wont respond to my emails or attempts to resolve the issue! I expected more from this company!
