Do NOT buy anything from Pottery Barn Kids or any of their other family of brands!!! They sent me the wrong product and it's been over 7 phone calls taking up 6 HOURS OF MY TIME just trying to get them to do the right thing and replace the product - all I get are lies. After finally getting them to agree that it's their fault (sending me the wrong crib conversion kit) they replaced the order two times...only for supervisors to apparently go in and cancel the order on the backend (or so they claim.). We ordered Two white PB Comfort Slipcover Grand Sofas 87" approx. $2100 each and a Turner Leather Sofa and Ottoman Approx. $4K on Oct 22, 2020 (total approx. 8K). We were told that we would receive the white slipcover Sofa's in late Dec around Christmas. They did not come in until Feb 8th. Considering its COVID I initially gave them a little wiggle room. I Ordered a set of bath mats and towels 6 months ago (9/7/20)and still do not have delivery of my order. No customer outreach. No updates. Polite but beyond useless assistance when I have called. The have declined to accept a return for the 1 bath mat I did receive that will not not match anything else. In all my retail days this is the most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered. I will not be shopping with them in the future. Ever.

If i could do less than one star i would. It is my daughters 1st ********** had ordered her a custom basket liner for $29. It never arrived, so i spoke to customer service and they said they would send out a replacement. Still never arrived, & have not received my refund even though they said it would only take 2-3 business ********* has been over a week. So now, i dont have the product i ordered and paid for. i have not gotten my money back, and i had to go spend another $30 somewhere else for another liner. HIGHLY DISAPPOI... read more

A nightmare. place an order then pay given a delivery date and then it changes and changes. I have been waiting 3 1/2 months for kids furniture. I get the run around over and over. They should not be allowed to take a order and know there is no stock available. I will never ever order from here again.

On March 12th I ordered an Easter basket and a custom Easter basket liner for my child. The liner shipped a few days later on March 17th, however the basket was back ordered with an expected delivery date between March 25-29th. Fine, as long as I get it before Easter. Today, I checked my order status and it says the Easter basket order is cancelled. What???? No email telling me my order was canceled and no explanation why. I've ordered 4 light fixtures from PB & PBteen over the last 6 months. I've received 2 light fixtures and 2 random items. When I call to say this box isn't a light, they are not one bit apologetic or helpful. Mind you, I've waited MOnTHS for these to arrive. They even told me I had to drive the random item they sent me to the post office. Their customer service is atrocious and could not care less. Worst retail experience of my life. Ordered a glider recliner chair from pottery barn kids in October 2020 and it was supposed to arrive in 4 weeks. My baby was due in March. It took 6 months to receive it and I had already had the baby and had no rocker for feeding. When it finally arrived, it was defective. I ended up just getting a refund and getting a much better experience with a competitor. I had over 20 calls into customer service and got different answers each time. It was an awful experience. Last December my wife and I ordered a dollhouse from Pottery Barn Kids for my daughter. On the 16th I received an email from Pottery Barn stating the order was cancelled due to supply issues. In that email they offered a 20% discount on a future order in addition to some suggestions for other dollhouses.
