My husband purchased a complete set of dishes for me Christmas. It was a present. At Christmas I received part of dishes it included 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 smalls, and 4 small pasta dishes. Blatant misinformation regarding a simple question about the price being included in a gift. Worst customer service on the planet. Brands themselves as upscale, yet can't perform the simple function of 1. providing truthful information about packing slip including the price or not 2. Awful customer service with no product knowledge and managers that are not willing to get on a phone call. I purchased a ***** conversion crib that turns out to be a conversion kit for another ***** crib that is no longer sold on the website. Very disappointing.
Terrible service, after over 30 points of contact our issue is still unresolved. We ordered a bunk bed for my son and only part of it has come. They continue to ship the incorrect parts to us. This has happened 5 times. They have left my sons room looking like a lumbar yard and him to sleep on the sofa. At the moment it’s been 7 days since their last attempt to assemble the bed and not one contact from them. It’s like no one wants to help us.
I ordered a gift basket for a friend who had emergency heart surgery. The order said it went through and I received an email saying thank you for your order but it has no order number or tracking. Never ordering from pottery barn kids again. I ordered a glider/rocker chair in February to make sure it was here in plenty of time before my first child arrived. The estimated delivery date was middle of June. The chair comes and was set ** in my nursery and I quickly discovered the chair makes a loud noise when rocking. Terrible! I ordered 4 chairs but was sent 8. Had to pay to ship 1 box back to the tune of $300! My refund was supposed to be $976 and they only refunded $707! They changed me to ship back the chairs I didnt order. Multiple calls to customer service and still not resolved. Do not order from Pottery Barn!
Will never buy from pottery barn again. I purchased a $69 item before tax and ship in April, then it came and looked like a cheap piece of c*** So I returned it, and checked my cc a month later, no refund after it had been received. International Buyer Beware, I purchased a product from them in February. 120+ days later, I am still waiting for my order. The customer service kept making excuses and empty promises. Basically, they refuse a refund for an order they fail to deliver. This can be considered a fraud situation in my country. Don’t buy from William Sonoma.
