Registry is a scam. They do not give you the 20% off remaining items, as promised in the contract. They told me to place the order over the phone and they would try to get me the discount but no guarantee. I have logged several tickets online to fix my discount but all have gone unanswered. I was bullied by the chat agent saying I was incompetent for not knowing how to use the discount. I bought holdmen handmade shelf online from potter barn and it is designed defectively, and I had to stay on phone for at least a hour because the customer service rep kept me on hold and did kept cutting me off. it was frustrating and waste of time .potter barn has poor customer service and they do not take accountability for any poorly designed items. if there was half start I would have given it.

I should have listened to these reviews! We had a horrible experience with a chair we ordered a year ago but decided to give pottery barn a chance again. BIG mistake! In July we ordered 3 pieces of leather furniture..assured we would have them by October COVID or not! June 2020 we purchase the dream swivel glider from Pottery Barn Kids and was delivered July 2020. We love how comfortable the chair is and that its perfect for petite moms. The only negative thing I could say about it is that it sheds feathers which is not good for a baby that puts everything in their mouth! I have been ordering furniture and accessories through a salesperson at Pottery Barn for my new construction house that I move into next month. She has done a great job of placing the orders and getting me the items I want delivered when I need them (after I close on the house and move in). Absolutely terrible company. Back in August we ordered a ***** bed frame + headboard, and we timed it so that it would arrive at our new apartment about a week after we moved in. My husband even called and they reassured us that the ship time was correct, and it would arrive the first week of October. ordered a dresser from them that had a several month wait time. When they were finally able to schedule to delivery, they "broke" it on the way to me and didnt even call to notify me. i had to call them to find out what was going on. I then replaced that order with a different dresser that was available sooner. Ordered a crib and conversion sets several months ago, anticipating the shipping issues from the pandemic. Was sent an email one week ago regarding issues with payment (my card used in August had been stolen) I talked with customer service and a new source of payment was put on file.
