I ordered 3 items over a month ago and still have not received them. 1 of the 3 got cancelled due to out of stock, a month after ordering. Still have not received my refund for the item that was out of stock and still waiting on 2 items. Your website states that people can still order stuff and get it by Christmas, how horrible to post false information.

Your customer service is unacceptable. I ordered from you on Dec. 5th. You send me an email 7 days later to tell me the item I ordered is currently unavailable and won't be available for an unforeseen future. It took you 7 days really to inform me? This was a birthday gift that I was shipping to another state. How was I suppose to get another gift in time before Dec. 17th? I was a loyal customer. Pottery Barn are imbeciles. I ordered a rug two weeks ago and they sent me the wrong size. I tried to return it by *** and they refused to accept it. I had to go buy all the return packaging materials myself because Pottery Barn ships their rugs in non-reusable plastic.Then Pottery Barn gave me a replacement order # which never arrived because they decided to cancel it after two weeks. This is a review for Pottery Barn Kids. We placed an order for a recliner at in July 2021, with a delivery date of mid-to-late November 2021. The staff at the location we ordered at were wonderful in assisting us with choosing a glider style and fabric that would be here before our due date of late December. Since then, our experience with PBK has been horrendous. I am very disappointed in Pottery Barn. The furniture does not last. I ordered a couch from them and in only a few months the couch is indented. I contact them and they did not help me right away. I called every day for a week and then got some response. On top of that I signed up for a no interest credit card but instead I am being charged interest every month. If I knew I would have never purchased with them.

Recently on Dec 2 2021, I made an online purchase as there was an additional 40% off discount from their clearance kids beach towels. After received order confirmation email and thought everything good to go. But a day later, Pottery Barn Kids sent an email said the following "your order cannot be fulfilled as ordered due to a pricing error and have been cancelled from your order". I ordered a cheese and charcuterie board with food on website. In RED bold letters it said to choose a delivery date and I paid for the astronomical shipping. I choose December 3rd, for my daughters party on the 4th. I never got the board. I called on the 4th to get a refund and cancel order. The advisor told me they processed it and I will get a refund in 3-5 business days. On Tuesday December 7th, I got an email saying my card was charged and and my order was shipped. The website glitches and process your order multiple times on not returnable clearance items you stuck with... **************** is a nightmare and you can't explain the staff working for customer services, because they simply don't listen... I was sent three identical orders because of the website glitch and can't get my money back. I will never ever use this company in my life and will discourage anyone who will try to use this fraudulent company. Worst experience...

I ordered the Farmhouse King **** bed in July 2021 . The original delivery date was set for August. Initially, it was pushed back to September, which I completely understand given supply chain issues. I was contacted in early September and we set a delivery date for Sep 9. I received multiple email and text reminders of this appointment. The morning of the 9th it was showing as on-track to be delivered around 3 PM. I checked again 5 min before 3 PM and received a message that my delivery had been cancelled and a phone number... read more
