Id give them zero if possible. I placed an order with ************* on June 17th that kept getting pushed back. $80.72 was the total. It was in stock when I ordered and then immediately back ordered. Got several back order emails pushing the date back.When I called to cancel because its not schedule to be mailed until JULY 27th I was told theyd **** it as returned so it didnt get mailed to me. THEN TOLD ME THEYD REFUND 56 dollars of my $80.72 original total. You read that right. 56 DOLLARS. Id loose $24 dollars on an order T... read more

I am a senior and for my birthday I ordered a sofa from West Elm. Delivery was from 6/30 to 7/14. They have taken my money and will not confirm when my sofa will arrive. I find all of a sudden it is an "estimated delivery date" though rep told me it would be delivered 7/14, and that item is in stock. Waiting to hear from someone.... I do not expect my sofa will arrive and was told I cannot cancel for refund. I need my sofa or my money desperately.

Purchased a dining room table Aug 7th 2021 and have still yet to receive it. I have called 7 times asking for updates and requested each time for them to call me within the week with a status update and they never have. After I complained the last time West Elm magically said the table was ready in May 2022. I scheduled the delivery and when it arrived the delivery drivers didnt even take it out of the truck because it was excessively damaged. Absolutely abysmal customer service. They sold us two chairs at a discounted price online then sent the wrong items. When we informed them that we received the wrong items we were instructed to go back online and to a) determine if they were in stock and b) buy at the regular price. Solange in the escalations department told me that I "shouldn't believe anything I tell you because it may or may not be right online." I have had truly the worst customer experience ever with WS. I purchased a bed frame from WS in April that had an estimated 2-3 weeks to delivery. At 5+ weeks I was still waiting and the bed went on sale by $400. I called to try to get the price reduced and they only offered cancelation. I spent 90 minutes on the phone processing the cancelation and reordered the bed. It again showed 2-3 weeks to delivery on the website. Bought a table in May 2021 for my front deck. This spring, one of the slates warped and broke off. The company reviewed the issue and denied my request to replace the table when it was definitely a manufacturing issue. Issue not representing or standing behind their product. White glove service?? Dont recommend this COMPANY since they refuse replacement when definitely a manufacturing issue.

Horrible service, and as a design professional (architect) who orders a lot of furniture, I can truly say they are in a class by themselves. They continue to lie about dates of delivery and change them at random and never communicate with me. My order is now 8 months overdue and they keep saying it is coming in and promising a earlier date to those who order today. At one occasion they even transferred me to a *** talk line-wow that was a bad experience.

Was gifted a $500 microwave/appliance. Six months later it malfunctioned. I contacted customer service and after a week of conversations I was told they won't exchange (I only wanted the same one, not money back) my defective appliance. They suggested the manufacturer might do it. At this rate, that appliance cost approximately $100 per month to use. Unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Purchase a bed frame and it took 5 months for it to get to me and while they assemble the frame, they were missing parts to complete the bed frame. The guy that assembled it said he will note it down and take pics and send it to the manufacturer for replacement waited almost 2 weeks and no call back or anything, called them for updates and they said they had no records of anything and I told them we are missing some parts to complete the bed frame and they said theyll call the assembler and delivery company if they had any n... read more
