My customer service experience at the Buckhead location was horrible. The so called manager and general manager bought had horrible customer service and did nothing to de-escalate or show any empathy after spending thousands of dollars on outdoor furniture.

I ordered over $5000 worth of furniture from West Elm. It took it six months to arrive and when it did the cushions for the couch were too small. I contacted customer service and they said they would send new cushions. The new cushions took four months to arrive and when they did they were also too small. Its been very difficult to get a refund and have the furniture picked up. They wanted to refund me with a gift card and I protested and asked for money back as I need the money to buy furniture elsewhere. I have spent the p... read more

I have footage of their white glove delivery service rolling my $800 vanity up my stairs. It was a scheduled delivery where I had three guys working at my house. They were there and informed to accept the delivery. After one ring they left and took the vanity with them even though I had men there ready to receive. When I called I was hung twice on when trying to get transferred. Terrible customer service. We made an order with a gift card from our wedding and then they cancelled the order. We didnt get a notification that it was cancelled and had thrown the gift card away. When we noticed the order was cancelled they told us all we had to do was reorder it. Since they said they didnt charge the gift card they wouldnt get us a discount or gift card or refund. Mid April 2022 we purchased a dining table online: 1. The table was supposed to arrive within 3-5 weeks due to the current supply chain difficulties. We agreed with those terms. 2. At the end of May the order was canceled by WE, without our knowledge, and a new one was created. No one from WE contacted us to inform us about the change 3. Worst furniture company and business I have ever dealt with. I bought furniture from them back in Jan 2022. Was told Ill receive In April 2022, which got pushed to June then July. All of which I had to call and track since nobody from the store or warehouse was giving a clear expected date or delivery. Delivery July 29 was tons all my items will be shipped. West Elm - terrible customer service and deceitful. Highly discourage anyone from doing business with West Elm. I can't speak for the rest of the Williams Sonoma brands.
