Purchased a custom couch which I had to wait several months to be delivered. Within first year a piece is broken and they will not fix it. Not asking for a refund or a new couch, only that they fix it. Go to Wayfair save your money. The customer service for how expensive their products are is pathetic. Wouldnt consider buying furniture here ever again.

On August 27, we purchased $5,358.30 worth of nursery furniture. From the second we hit 'purchase' the customer service we have received is little to be desired. We purchased a recliner, dresser, crib, night stand, and dresser. The delivery dates keep getting pushed back, and items were already supposed to be delivered by now. The biggest issue is the recliner. This recliner is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and not changeable in order to get a fabric that would be in-stock. My furniture order was delivered and set up with multiple errors and damage. Pottery Barn Teen is not correcting the issues. Their subcontractor delivery company is also being unresponsive. Ive spent $4300 and the furniture is unsafe. *** asked for parts to correct their errors with no reply. This company has unresponsive customer service and does not care about their customers or quality of their products. Im very disappointed and do not recommend.

Ordered a couch in June. It was to be delivered in mid august. It was delayed twice and then was set to arrive mid september. As on Sept 3 it is in *********** 2 hours from my home ready to be delivered.They never notified the delivery company they contract with that it was ready. So after several calls I find out it is in KC but they cant find it. They will look for it and will update me via the website in 5 business days.

Truly worst experience I've ever had with a company! I will NEVER order anything from West Elm again. We placed an order but had to cancel it due to the size of the furniture not fitting our dining room space. Please note this was not a return, we never received any merchandise from the company. The cancelation was processed on July 5th, 2022. Today is September 20th and I've called 18+ times over the past two months and sat on hold for hours and hours to still not be refunded. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I received damaged furniture and was told I would not get inventory they had on had ** allocated to other customers and I had to go to back of the line and wait an additional ***** days for delivery. Keep in mind, I originally ordered in the beginning of July and they attempted delivery in September! They would not let me speak to a manager or escalate my situation! Never will deal with this company again!

Worst experience ever. I ordered a $3500+ sofa, and was charged twice. Called to try to get a resolution through their customer service multiple times. Everyone I spoke to was unhelpful and told me different things. They seemed to think it was a standard business practice and completely okay to charge me over $7000 for a $3500 couch. The supervisor I spoke to said shed email the billing department and get back to me, but she never did. I ordered a twin bed and trundle with mattresses from Pottery Barn Kids in ** on July 2,2022. I was told they will deliver it to my daughter in ******, ** between July *****. My daughter was called that delivery would take place July 12 ( it was cancelled day of delivery), July 19 (was cancelled day of delivery) July 21 but date changed and finally delivered on August 11 but without trundle mattress. I used pottery barn gift cards to make a purchase but canceled the purchase almost immediately (which was no problem with PB). I was told that the gift cards would be replenished with the amounts. When I next tried to use them, they showed as invalid. I called for help and after 2 hours on hold, was told that a replacement would be sent to me in 3 to 5 days. It never arrived.
