I ordered a kitchen table and 4 chairs just shy of 7 months ago from Pottery Barn (PB); was verbally told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery; put down $1,560.22 deposit. Subsequently received email delivery confirmation between 8/20/22 to 9/06/22. I was bothered but decided I'd wait. I checked status online on a few times between 8/20 and 9/6 to see it was shipped to City of Industry on 8/31/22. On 8/20/22 I inquired on status of my order and 8/28/22 received a reply from ****** P she would request update from manufacturer on get bac... read more

I'm writing this review as someone who use to work for Williams Sonoma as well as their partnering companies. (West Elm, Pottery Barns, etc) I wish I had read reviews before applying. You have to provide your equipment to their standards. Also they are short on employees, unorganized and very unprofessional. They had timeline goals during training which you frequently come to a point where higher staff has to do a checkpoint in a break off zoom room with tons of other employees, so you have to sit and wait until that one per... read more

On August 16th I ordered dining furniture which initially had an the estimated delivery time of August 31st. However that date is been kept back every two weeks. Now it was pushed again to October 27th. I called the customer service several times ( which is useless) they said one item kept holding the other items back and couldnt provide any information of where the dining table were at. They just keep referring to other customer agents and nobody is able to provide the answers ( final estimate date). Having that furniture i... read more

I'm writing this review as someone who use to work for Williams Sonoma as well as their partnering companies. (West Elm, Pottery Barns, etc) I just want to warn consumers to NEVER and I mean NEVER order from this company. Seeing how things work from the inside I will personally never order from them. They have no resources for their customer service agents, and we literally were not able to do anything for the customer other than give them the run around. Every time we'd reach out to our supervisors, they would tell us we ar... read more

Ordered my daughter a lunch box off of pottery barn kids, and paid additional fees for embroidery of a rainbow and her name onto the lunch box. Paid a whopping 72$ for this lunch box only for it to arrive in poor condition, her name was already dethreading and done very sloppily, upon looking further theres a black dot near her name on the lunch box that appears to be marker or something, and the front pocket of the lunchbox still has the paper that was used to embroider the lunchbox half ripped off, and when I tried pulling... read more

If I could give a 0 rating I would. I went into the store to place an order for a sofa and 2 rugs. I asked the designer if I could log into my account from the store computer since I had already looked at a couple of items and placed them in my basket but wanted designer advise. We made a couple of changes and placed the order directly from my account and we left the store. I forgot to log out of my account and what happens? I get home log in to my account and see that there at least 3 separate orders for 3 separate clients ... read more

This review is for West Elm. I had the experience of paying 300 dollars for shipping with no true indication or understanding which items are and arent eligible for white glove service. I paid 150 dollars thinking it would cover assembly of a media console, but rather it was to ship and bring into the house an already assembled coffee table. Somehow I was meant to know this and go into every item separately and see that a media console with complex assembly was not eligible for white glove and was shipped through **** Called... read more
