Stay away from Mark&Graham. The website says 30-day return, for the specific item I bought. But I could not return, they said it was a 'final sale'.

I will not even waste more time explaining my situation because I have spent hours on the phone and at my home waiting for deliveries that never occur - White ***** Delivery - WHAT A JOKE!!! The worst delivery service I have ever encountered!!!

My fianc and I opened a wedding registry with Williams Sonoma. Thankfully, we also opened one and moved most of our items over to ************** shortly before sending out the options for the registries to our guests. We have not experienced one issue with **************. Unfortunately, our experience with Williams Sonoma could not have been worse. I've had problems with Pottery Barn gift cards, they deduct the purchase amount for items I've ordered. Some items never arrive, there seems to be no way to correct that.Because of thus several people I know don't purchase their gift card anymore.

I placed an order online with Pottery Barn August 9, 2022. The order included 2 of the West Wlm x PBK ****** Toddler Bed Conversion Kits in the color white; totaling $281.13. I did not receive the order (nor any communication) until October. Upon opening the packages in October, I realized they were incorrect. I received 2 arms of the beds instead of the entire bed. What an absolute p*** show. I received a baby blanket as a gift and decided to return it for store credit on Oct 5th. I returned the item physically in their brick and mortar location, received a refund receipt and was instructed to wait for a e-merch card to be delivered to my email address within a week or so. After 3 weeks I called and was told the associate at the register who took my return spelled .com wrong and so the e-merch card got sent to the wrong email address but it was revolved and I would be seeing the card w... read more

This is regarding WEST ELM. My husband and I ordered a dining table about a year ago and it kept getting delayed. Here is where West Elm could have bettered their support:1. They should have just been transparent from the beginning. They made it seem like shipping would not be an issue. If they had said from the beginning, "look, there's a chance this table may take more than a year," I would have respected them more. 2. I placed an order for the Deluxe Thanksgiving Sides Bundle on November 1, and it was supposed to ship on November 7. Williams Somoma owns Pottery Barn and West Elm, by the way. Beware, they lie when you place your order about how long it will take to arrive. I placed an order for outside furniture with WEST ELM. Each piece was horrendously delayed and each piece arrived separately. Some pieces arriving months after the first piece and not in time for the summer.
