I placed an order for instock merchandise worth several hundred dollars. I was told the item would arrive within 2 weeks. The date changed 4 times without a single notification. I called customer service several times and I was hung up on. I called back and explained the situation again and was transferred to someone else. I need to escalate this nursery furniture order. It was placed August 7th. I am now being told after calling, tweeting and emailing them numerous times that it wont be shipped until 12/18 and that means wont be delivered to me for 4-6 weeks after that. My original timeline was told I would have my items by mid October. My baby is due in January and I will not have my furniture. This is unacceptable. I went on the website, It is advertising that if I order my item today I will have in 2-4 weeks. False Advertising?!!!
I bought 2 bed frames from West Elm (one of Williams Sonomas companies) in August for delivery within a particular window of time in September, due to the arrival of guests. They could not deliver within my window, so I had to place another order with ******* (arrived within days!) and afterwards, the West Elm beds arrived in one package that was so heavy I could not move it out of the way and sat on my porch ruining an event and the guests visit, despite the fact that I told them if it didnt arrive in time I would not need ... read more
I placed the order over a year ago and still have not received my order. Not only that but if I go to the website the piece of furniture says it is in stock and can be delivered in the next couple of days. So either it is just me getting screwed over or the company is deliberately lying about having this piece in stock and ready to be delivered. I sent multiple emails over that last year with absolutely zero useful responses. Completely useless. I would never suggest anyone spend money at this store.
Fancy frozen dinners are awful. We had tasteless Beef Wellington, tasty but runny truffled mashed potatoes, and a horrible salted caramel apple pie. What on earth are they using for the pie crust?Next time we'll take our 250 dollars and go out to eat. I can see why Williams and Sonoma no longer allows reviews on their site! Never again!
I ordered a thanksgiving dinner ONE MONTH AHEAD. At the end, my stuff was not delivered on time. The last time I contacted them, they mentioned they were having a lot of complaints with the orders. They offered me some of the money back, but it is not really the deal. I have people coming from the other end of the country and I counted on this company. The price was kind of high but I didn't mind because of the occasion and the web site that seems to be a reliable place. Now I am stuck with all my guests and no food
On November 17th I ordered the side dishes I needed to compliment my Thanksgiving dinner. Since I had not heard and had not received any updates on my food order by November the 22nd, which they had scheduled to be delivered by the 23th, I contacted ******* Sonoma's customer service for an update on my order, and much to my surprise was told It was not going to be ready for the scheduled delive. Two days before Thanksgiving and I had no food!!!!! I'll never, never again trust much less order anything from them.
Recently ordered a sofa thru west elm, a few days ago received a cancellation notice for my order with no real explanation given.
Ordered 2 beds September 1st. Delivery said by Nov 11. The day of Nov 11 the tracking updated to by Dec 11. I emailed customer service and they said it is on the way, we are sorry our warehouse tries to get it out when they can. No help, no updated tracking, nothing.
