I bought a desk and it arrived broken. I returned this desk and they sent me a new desk (finally) after I already got a desk elsewhere. I returned the second desk. I have called them 3-4 times to request my refund. I still have not received the refund. Each time a customer service rep says that they fixed something in the system and I will receive my refund in two weeks. I bought ONE thing from ******* Sonoma and they will NOT unsubscribe me from their emails. For MONTHS I have been hitting the "unsubscribe" button and at one point called customer service, who assured me my email was taken off. If you are going to order something from here give a fake email address because they will never leave you alone.
Ordered some furniture that was supposed to arrive in 2-4 weeks. Threee months out still no one can tell me when it may be available for delivery. Shameful.
The absolute WORST company Ive ever dealt with in my life!!! We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them over the years & have been treated like S*** over a custom couch (Harmony ******** we ordered in September 2020. There was a 3 month delay only for the couch to be delivered with fabric damage, multiple calls between date of purchase & date of delivery. Absolutely horrifying! I ordered 3 in stock items back in October with a delivery of the end of October. Its now December and I have yet to receive the merchandise yet they have been holding onto thousands of dollars! Total disaster of a company! Do not buy from them!
Terrible company. Never again!!! They sell products they do not have in stock and notify you weeks later it is on back oder. **************** is worthless - They only care about *****-pinching. This used to be great company...
I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with an online Pottery Barn order. Multiple calls and e-mails and no resolution. Received a white wooden hutch instead of a brown leather chair. Was promised by a supervisor that shed email me in two days and call that week. Stayed home waiting for nothing. Im a long time West Elm fan and customer. Quality is variable by product but stylish. I just ordered from them for the last time. My items had a system glitch and then sat in the warehouse for months, with no contact for delivery scheduling. When i finally called, it took 8 tries and and about ***** transfers to finally be scheduled for delivery. Unacceptable.
Ive been waiting for the dining table I ordered for almost 8 months now. Everytime I call pottery barn customer service, theres not even an ounce of sympathy nor a mere apology for the long delay. Then they started charging me for an item that was not delivered to me yet because accg to whom i talked with, part of the table arrived at their delivery center already.
