To start I would give zero stars if allowed. I purchased a Chesterfield Bed in September with a delivery time around end of October. We were completely fine with that and when delivery was scheduled, we painted, cleaned and removed all bed furniture from our room. The bed was delivered as told but unfortunately it was not the bed I ordered. The delivery persons were very nice and were the only ones to apologize for the issue. If I could give Williams Sonoma Group 0 stars I would... They have beautiful furniture, yes.. However, their delivery **************** service is AWFUL. I ordered $9,000 worth of furniture from West Elm on October 1st with anticipated delivery dates in the beginning of November for the couch and end of October for the table and chairs... Little did I know that would not be happening at all... After 3 months of waiting my chairs and table were finally ready for delivery and delivery was scheduled. Ordered multiple pieces of furniture in June 2022. They charged my credit cards for most of those pieces in July/August 2022 and to-date I'm still missing several pieces. It should be noted that 2 of those pieces were non-upholstered...meaning no special order....and showed delivery dates in the September/October timeframe when I placed the order. I have had no help from them in dealing with their outsourced delivery, and today, two pieces of an entertainment center were delivered with mold on them (SW *******). I would NEVE... read more

I ordered a desk from West Elm. The delivery date has continually been delayed. I paid in full for the desk and shipping. West Elm is refusing to refund the shipping charges even though I have no evidence that the desk was actually shipped.

I ordered an item that was out of stock with West Elm. It was supposed to arrive December 29, 2022 and never showed a shipping confirmation. When I contacted the company, West Elm told me that they would have to contact their vendor and there was no guarantee that they could cancel the order. I have had multiple back and forth emails where they tell me they can cancel and then tell me they cannot. OMG! Look at all the one stars...and I am adding another. Something needs to be done about this company. I ordered a coffee table from pottery barn (owned by WS) and waited 2 1/2 months for delivery. Nothing. I canelled the order. They refused to refund my shipping charge ALTHOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED THE ****** NOR DID THEY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME. When I asked for a refund of shipping charges for item not received, "customer service" said it was company policy not to refund shipping charges regardless. I will file a small claims... read more

This company is committing fraud, period. I have spent thousands of dollars on various items from west elm and haven't seen a one of them with repeated delays and reschedulings. I will cancel my order today.

I bought two Marin sofas on May 30 2022. The order was delayed due to "production" issues and I received only 1 sofa in October 2022! After I called and complaint every 2 weeks for 2 months! The second sofa was on the same truck and magically disappear into thin air and I only received 1 sofa. Really?
