DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES. From start to finish ordering through Pottery Barn and West Elm, this has been the worst customer experience I have ever been through. If this review saves just one person the time, money and headache that I have been through the last 11 months, it will have been worth my time. We waited 10 months for West Elm furniture, they wouldn't deliver the order until it was all delivered to the local warehouse hub. Some of the furniture ended up just being lost, so we had to follow-up to have ... read more

Less than one star if I can! Awful customer service and broken system! They were supposed to cancel my order over a year ago... still tried to deliver it a year later and charged my credit card! I refused to accept the order and wanted my money back for this dining table I never saw. Multiple emails phone calls and escalation amounts to nothing! No refund still. Missing refund checks they claim they sent...never delivered! Jmhow much longer do I have to deal with this for me to get my money back?! Awful people stealing your ... read more

My experience with West Elm has been horrible over the last few months. My complaint involves four different items. 1) I ordered an open box console table that was "lost" in the mail. 2) I ordered 2 curtain panels and only received one and of course they were out of stock when I attempted to get it replaced. 3) I ordered an open box coffee table that took 4 months to arrive and was "backordered" for a while (not sure how an open box item can be backordered), it was also delayed because they were "waiting on other items" that... read more

I spent a small fortune at WS to start *********** for our new kitchen. A Staub ceramic dish we ordered arrived broken. This item appears under the invoice as non-returnable?!?!?! Two emails to customer service with zero response. Good luck contacting a real person.I basically have a $100 jigsaw puzzle.Never again will I buy from these ripoff merchants and I will warn off anyone who will listen.

I received a product, silky tencel sheets, and they are not the quality that is advertised. I have been scammed.

Wow! Possibly the worst customer service imaginable..Ordered an area rug 04/22, charged credit card 7/22 before shipment, lost shipment, several hours later making me call the shipping company, new rug eta mid-September. Wont return calls or emails. Stay away!!

There needs to absolutely be a class action suit against this place for failure to deliver products. We ordered a couch almost a month ago and on the very last day of possible delivery they don't call or send an email. Early this morning we get an email saying they don't know when we should expect our couch. We paid over $1800 and the least they can do is be honest about not having the product. Other reviews across the web make us feel that the only way to even get a refund is to look into legal action. Don't buy from West E... read more

Similar to a lot of other posts, I ordered a desk and bookshelf about 9 months ago. Continual delays finally forced me to cancel the order, for which I was charged a "return fee" despite never having received the items. I was surprised by the customer service engagement. Slightly bizarre for a large company to make relatively pedestrian excuses rather than have a standard corporate line... Instead, I received ad hoc comments about supply chain issues, etc.

Adding one to the list of Pottery Barn Teen's pathetic business ethics. We ordered a curtain rod but did not like it and returned it. But we were not refunded fully amount and they scooped $30 for return shipping. At no time did they mention that there was $30 mention even when explicitly asked during the return call with the customer service. On enquiring they say its company policy. Read that as "its company policy to cheat and run their business"
