RecommendedLived there 3 years and I have never been so violated and disrespected in my life. The main office is very mean after you become a tenant. The repairs are neglected and done poorly. Not to mention constant illegal entering when I'm not home. Oh and they do throw away your property if it's outside get dry out.
This is by far the worst property management I have ever came across and I been here a little over three years. Repairs are neglected only to be fixed a couple of months later just to find out it's not done properly. The on site property manager is very creepy weirdo as well as some of the property staff at the main office who always make illegal entry to my unit when I'm not home all the time as if it's a joke after I requested a 24 notice. This agency is the best Property Management Company as they go the extra mile for both the tenants and for property owners!! They are sincere, caring, and extremely dedicated to providing honest services to everyone they come into contact with!! I would only refer my loved ones here for assistant!! Great job guys!!

Guess the owners are happy, maybe those property owners should look into how things are actually handled from the renters perspective. This company seems to have been taken to court a few times and lost due to negligence...
