Regency has been managing my property for years. I am very impressed with the attention to detail that the staff pays not only to my needs but also my tenants. The staff is excellent! Especially the bookkeepers! They handle all of my properties needs and go above and beyond expectations. My tenants never have any issues their service calls resolve within a timely manner.
