Regency prides itself in helping the community through property investments. I have personally worked with them through the VA and Westcare, the process has been very smooth.They can handle anything, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and respectful. If you have a trouble property and want to turn it around call Regency. If you have a great property and want to pursue it's growth call Regency. If you are looking for top scale aggressive management Regency is the place for you!!!
I have been a tenant for almost 6 years. If you want an owner who isn't just interested in collecting rent but actually values you as a person Regency is who you want to do business with. A good place to build a home with. I personally know that Brad and his team go above and beyond.
