I haven't wrote a BAD review in a very time. But now, I feel that I must share my story to get heard. I recently took Regency Property Management to court to get my deposit back. Long story short- I WON my case (my full deposit refund back, plus additional fees). And now, I don't know if they will pay me the refund or if they will appeal my case. Very stressful process.

This place is the worst landlord. No response there is a huge hole in my roof for like 5 weeks and counting water and insulation Is every where. Everything is like pulling teeth people. Would not recommend
