Been with this company over 5 years and they've been amazing! They gave us a chance unlike a lot of other agencies would for first time renters with no rental history. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Any questions or concerns are promptly addressed. Only down is if you wish to grab one of their properties you have to jump fast at it. Their properties become occupied very quickly, which should also be a sign at what a great company Regency is!
I've lived in one of regencies properties for 3 years now. I honestly have had a great experience with the company and their service. Once i called at 2 A.M. due to a leak, at first i spoke to an answering service but no longer than 5 minutes later i was contacted by a representative Christina which was more than accommodating. She prompted me on exactly what to do for the time being and a plumber was there first thing in the morning and resolved the problem.

We have been working with Regency for 3 years and we love doing business with them. They are on top of their maintenance issues and follow up to check on process or if any other needed issues are found. They are easy to communicate with and return your emails and calls promptly. RP Warehouse Staff.
I have had nothing but a great experience with Regency. They have been responsive and professional during my time renting. Staff where very accommodating in helping me get into the house while living out of town. Highly recommend renting with them.
