I have been living at the Hidden Gardens for 3 years and I have been targeted by the agency for multiple false accusations. Regency towed my vehicle and I am going through a mental break behind the matter. My son lost his job behind the matter and I have been sick with COVID and I couldn't respond right away. The rental agency has a contract with Sierra Towing and I couldn't get a hold of the tow company after they towed my vehicle in the proper stall. I'm going to have to take legal action.

The tenant at **** ****** ****has not been targeted in the community. Each time a violation letter has been sent to the homeowner, it's because they have broken a community rule. The homeowners association has written documentation each time the tenant breaks the community rules. The Hidden Gardens Homeowners Association has a contract with Sierra Towing to monitor the community parking, not Regency Property Management. Sierra Towing monitors the parking daily. Horrible customer service horrible maintenance lack of consistency . Don’t want to fix anything in the unit yet constantly raising rent I’ve complained multiple times about mold under kitchen cabinet and basic maintenance and not once have they complied
Brad Hardy runs this business. This man has been buying up property all over Fresno CA with someone else's money and illegally evicting people, families , handicapped, elderly who have fixed incomes etc.. He has done so many families wrong in Fresno alone that he has to have an armed guard at his office!! This man has put my name on a black list because I actually won in court! Lived in one of their properties for 3+ years. Moved out about 6 months ago and I am still fighting to get my deposit back. Bonnie Allen ignores and knowingly breaks California law. Will throw anyone under the bus to support her lies. Blaming the owners of the house saying “he is not willing to refund additional monies” knowing the agreement was between the company and me. Ignores emails and will literally make anything up to fit her narrative. Anyone else had this happen to them?

Regency Property Management discriminates against black people they cheat us out of our money out of our deposit when they know that the apartment was clean but we moved out and a pencil tip you on the rent they are the Realtors from hell

Terrible service/ No service. We moved to a house with 50 outstanding issues which was agreed to be fixed within a week. After a month and half most of the issues still to be fixed. The agent keep lying about dates and the manager never call us back, does not matter how much we beg for its help. What is the solution? Stop payment?! If you don’t want a headache, don’t do business with this “real estate”
