I have been a tenant for almost 6 years. If you want an owner who isn't just interested in collecting rent but actually values you as a person Regency is who you want to do business with. A good place to build a home with. I personally know that Brad and his team go above and beyond.

This property management is hands down the best I love living at one of there properties they manage in fresno ca they treated me with respect when visiting the office and there whole team from maintenance to leasing is always there for me when I need them .. so thanks to them I'm glad to say my family and I can finally call a place home
