Lived in one of their properties for 3+ years. Moved out about 6 months ago and I am still fighting to get my deposit back. Bonnie Allen ignores and knowingly breaks California law. Will throw anyone under the bus to support her lies. Blaming the owners of the house saying “he is not willing to refund additional monies” knowing the agreement was between the company and me. Ignores emails and will literally make anything up to fit her narrative. Anyone else had this happen to them?

Regency Property Management discriminates against black people they cheat us out of our money out of our deposit when they know that the apartment was clean but we moved out and a pencil tip you on the rent they are the Realtors from hell

Terrible service/ No service. We moved to a house with 50 outstanding issues which was agreed to be fixed within a week. After a month and half most of the issues still to be fixed. The agent keep lying about dates and the manager never call us back, does not matter how much we beg for its help. What is the solution? Stop payment?! If you don’t want a headache, don’t do business with this “real estate”

They manage my apartment complex and it's a legitimate joke. The maintenance person showed up today at 4:00 and left at 4:20 saying it was close to quitting time and he'd be back in the morning. On a seperate occasion there was a huge trash bag spilled all over the place I complained about on tuesday and I just ended up picking it up myself on saturday because they still hadn't touched it. If there is anything you can do to avoid going to any properties managed by them I highly recommend it. I've never seen such blatant exam... read more
Was renting a property on Palo Alto House is contaminated with mold had five layers in the kitchen floor of old rotten wood each layer of wood laid on top of each other were contaminated with mold all they did is covered it up with another wood sheet poor response never had anyone reach back to me about this matter had to call Code forcément Owner got involved people got sick
