The most compassionate and understanding doctor I have ever met. Doctors either test well in school or are born to serve the public. Dr Sheppard was born to serve that is why he is well loved by both staff and pts.
Dr Sheppard he was professional and listened to my concerns. I definitely would recommend him to my family or friends.
I could sense his genuineness and calm demeanor. As a patient, bedside manners are so vital. He and the staff are really kind and has a pleasant atmosphere.
Dr. Sheppard is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. It was almost like having my best friend doing the surgery. I especially appreciated him having prayer with us just before the surgery as he asked God’s blessings on the surgery and my recovery.

Great doctor and very knowledgeable and a good surgeon. He has done two surgeries on me.He has the best personality and is a very caring person.
So far, I have only had a consult visit with Dr. Sheppard. He was very kind and answered all my questions. I have been waiting on a test result for a surgical procedure. Therefore, I can’t speak beyond consult
