Dr. Sheppard treated me for a hernia and I couldn’t be more pleased with his skill and professionalism. I felt comfortable and informed through the entire process from him and any member of his staff. My wife and I have been impressed each time we visited the the office. The staff was always nice. Dr. Sheppard is quite impressive and down to earth. Prior to surgery, he came in and offered prayer, and in fact, I prayed as well, which assured and made us feel confident that all would be well. He patiently answered our questions. Dr Sheppard and his staff are exceptional...highly professinal and knowledgable and very kind. All doctors should be more like him - Godly, courteous, interested in what is best, skilled and great bedside manner. He explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable. DR. Sheppard was very thorough and closely listened to my situation. He was very courteous and did not cut me off. His staff was nothing short as awesome and went the extra mile to get me into surgery as early as possible. I wish all doctors were like him.
Dr Shepard was very knowledgeable about the surgery I needed and answered my questions without hesitation. He was kind and honest which made me comfortable with my visit. Dr Sheppard explained all details about my hernia surgery. It went off with no problems. I appreciated that he said a prayer over me before the procedure. Also appreciated his sensitivity to the use of opioid pain meds after surgery. Totally good experience and would recommend without hesitation.

Dr Sheppard is both extremely skilled but also has great bedside manner. I was very nervous because this was my first procedure and both him and his nurse made me so comfortable and at ease. His nurse even held my hand until I was comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dr Sheppard to anyone!
