He is very professional and my surgery and recovery went exactly as he described ahead of time. He has a very caring attitude and helped my father eliminate residual pain from a surgery that someone else did.

Dr Sheppard examined me, described my problem and his proposed solution to correct my hernia in clear understandable language. Thoroughly professional in all regards. Exceptional listener. The knowledge he displayed and the professionalism he showed.
My wife and I have been impressed each time we visited the the office. The staff was always nice. Dr. Sheppard is quite impressive and down to earth. Prior to surgery, he came in and offered prayer, and in fact, I prayed as well, which assured and made us feel confident that all would be well. He patiently answered our questions. Dr Sheppard and his staff are exceptional...highly professinal and knowledgable and very kind. All doctors should be more like him - Godly, courteous, interested in what is best, skilled and great bedside manner. He explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable. DR. Sheppard was very thorough and closely listened to my situation. He was very courteous and did not cut me off. His staff was nothing short as awesome and went the extra mile to get me into surgery as early as possible. I wish all doctors were like him.
