Office staff was great to deal with. Dr. Sheppard was personable and listened to my questions and thoughts. Listening seems to be a rare trait these days?
Dr sat down and discussed the situation thoroughly. Ver nice demeanor.
Dr. Sheppard covered the procedure from beginning to end and told me what to expect afterward.
Dr Sheppard is an excellent surgeon and his prayer before my surgery was very comforting and very much appreciated.

Dr. Shepherd was running late but for a very good reason. He had a patient post surgery that needed him. I don’t mind waiting for someone like that. You hope if you’re a surgical patient that your surgeon is rushing through to see patients in the office. Definitely a point in his favor. He was honest, straightforward, kind and considerate. As an engineer, I really appreciated the fact that Dr. Sheppard took the time to answer all of my questions and was comfortable going 'off script' to consider the use of an alternate reinforcing material for the surgery.
Dr. Sheppard performed two hernia surgeries on me in June and November. He did a great job. I highly recommend him. Office visits in the Madison location went as scheduled with no unreasonable waits.
Dr. Sheppard Jr. prayed the most beautiful prayer of comfort over me before my surgery. I’m Thankful for you for following our Lord. The surgery was a complete success and recovery has gone very smoothly.
