Smooth intake, efficient, self-proclaimed nerd for hernia situations...I would take that kind of expertise any day of the week being a bit of an IT nerd myself ;)
Dr. Sheppard listened to all of my concerns and not just the concerns that I was referred to him for. He thoroughly assessed me and found additional findings that were not initially a concern. He spent an extended amount of time with me and did not make me feel rushed. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand and he eased my mind tremendously. Dr Shepherd has my full recommendation. Tremendous bed side manner, thoughtful and obviously skilled. His experience comes through in the office and operating room. Most importantly, a man of faith. I would not use anyone else if I need surgery in the future!
This was my 3rd surgical referral to Dr Sheppard in 6 yrs. For each one, I found office staff polite and efficient. Dr Sheppard is personable, explains procedures and takes time to answer questions.
