We have never met a more professional, amazing, and kind doctor than Dr. Sheppard Jr. He explained everything, including the expectations of my surgery.
Dr. Sheppard always takes time to patiently address your concerns. The hernia surgery he did for me 6 years ago has had no issues, which would indicate he does excellent work.
After seeing over 20 Doctors in various fields in Huntsville it was a wonderful pleasure to find such a professional staff and 'GREAT' Doctor. Dr. Sheppard was very kind, professional, and answered all my questions about my hernia operation. He didn't have me complete any unnecessary tests, and his staff didn't over book with patients, my waiting time was very short. His staff is the finest staff in Madison and Northern Alabama.
Dr Sheppard is professional and did an amazing hernia surgery. Felt very comfortable with his expertise. I appreciated that he prayed with me before surgery.
Dr.Shepherd has great bed side manner. He explained in detail my condition and the treatment plan. He prayed with me before surgery and that really meant a lot to me and speaks volumes about him as a doctor
Dr. Sheppard is an excellent surgeon. He listens to his patient’s concerns and takes necessary action to address them.
Dr. Sheppard took his time to show me scans of my issue and thoroughly explained how he could repair it. I never felt rushed and was able to ask all my questions. He was respectful of me, my time, and showed he cared. Dr. Sheppard takes the necessary steps for you to have a successful surgery as well as a successful recovery. His staff was wonderful to work with as well. They were very friendly and helpful. I certainly will be recommending him to family and friends!!
He was professional, informative, patient, and stuck by me thru thick and thin. I will never go to another surgeon.
