Dr Shepherd has my full recommendation. Tremendous bed side manner, thoughtful and obviously skilled. His experience comes through in the office and operating room. Most importantly, a man of faith. I would not use anyone else if I need surgery in the future!
This was my 3rd surgical referral to Dr Sheppard in 6 yrs. For each one, I found office staff polite and efficient. Dr Sheppard is personable, explains procedures and takes time to answer questions.

Dr. Sheppard and his staff were very welcoming and friendly. They very quickly made my Wife and I comfortable. Dr. Sheppard explained everything so clearly and completely and made sure all our questions were answered. After we were finished, I am confident that I have the best doctor and team to perform the surgery I need.
Went in for a consultation for gallbladder surgery. Dr Shepperd, his nurse, and Anne who scheduled my surgery were all very informative and friendly. Dr Sheppard gave me lots of information on the surgery and what to expect.
Dr. Sheppard spent a lot of time discussing my condition despite me not needing surgery. From what I have heard in the medical community, Dr. Sheppard does a beautiful hernia surgery. That’s why I saw him. He can do laparoscopic or open repairs as indicated. He explains a patients condition thoroughly yet in terms that are understandable. He was very kind.
