He thoroughly described the operation, the recovery process, and potential outcomes. He is an expert in his field; respectful to patients; and careful to ensure that potential patients are well informed about their condition, treatment options, and outcomes.
I had an initial consultation with Dr. Sheppard last week. He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I think what I most appreciated was his positivity which is very comforting. When you know something is not quite right in your body, I want to be in the care of someone that is positive. Feeling confident that whatever is wrong can be made right.
