Dr Shepard explained things well and took the time to listen to my concerns and address them rather than treat me as another number and apply a standard procedure.
On time, thorough, compassionate, spends time with you, answers all questions.
Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Dr. Shepherd was laidback but still competently handled what I came in for. No complaints!

Office visit, surgery, and follow-up contact with Dr. Sheppard and his staff were professional, prompt, and very helpful in understanding what was happening, how it could be resolved, and what I needed to know and expect after surgery.
Dr. Sheppard is very professional, skilled, efficient and knowledgeable. That is why I selected him for a follow-up appointment, after I had to have emergency surgery when out of town.

The staff was warm and friendly. I had a very short wait time. I was thoughtfully processed with engaged medical staff. Dr. Sheppard spoke to my specific concerns and set a plan to move ahead with treatment in a kind and efficient manner. Checkout was also well managed even in a busy office and my next appointment was graciously and kindly set within a minute or two after leaving the consultation with the Doctor.
