He and staff took excellent care of me.
This was my initial visit. It was encouraging as Dr. Sheppard understood the problem and gave clear responses. He was exceptionally professional while keeping the visit comfortable. The action he recommended makes perfect sense.
Hernia repair, well done. Glad I got it done. The whole deal went well and the professionalism and care was apparent. I put the surgery off thinking it was going to be a long recovery, but not the case. It only took a couple of weeks. It's nice not having that dull pain anymore.

I want to say how deeply appreciative I am for Dr. Sheppard's caring and skills at communicating during an urgent health scare. I felt tremendously lucky to have come across him by accidental circumstances. My hernia surgery went very well. No problems or issues at all and I am very pleased with my end result. Just had my follow up visit. Dr Sheppard answered all of my questions. Overall very pleased with the surgery and the follow up visit. Highly recommend
