Thanks to Dr. Sheppard and his wonderful team! I highly recommend Dr. Raymond Sheppard Jr. and his team for any medical treatment. I had hernia surgery 6 months ago and it was not the easy one. After his hard work (8 hours on my surgery), I was able to go home the next day. Many thanks to Dr. Shepperd for his patiently, kindness, prayers and his professionalism. If, I need future surgery in any of his specialties, I will choose again Dr. Raymond Sheppard Jr. and his team.
Dr Sheppard is an excellent physician. He is kind and a good listener. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. His staff are all courteous and professional and our wait time was minimal. Highly recommend his practice!
I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Sheppard. He took time to discuss with me the surgery and what to expect afterwards. On the day of the surgery, he made me and my wife feel at ease in pre-op, explained what would be happening, and prayed with us. Given the way I’ve responded since the surgery, I think I can safely attest to the quality of his work. If I need future surgery in any of his specialties, I won’t hesitate to return to Dr. Sheppard.

Office staff excellent, almost no wait time; most compassionate physician I have had treatment from. He performed my first hernia surgery in 2003-never have had issue with that one & he performed my second hernia surgery on other side just recently in 2022. I had a serious health problem. Dr. Sheppard ordered some tests for me. This was on Friday. Normally, he would discuss the results with me on Monday. In this case, the test results were known in the afternoon. And Dr. Sheppard, after he finished his busy day, called me (after 5 pm) to discuss the results
Great I just love his bedside manner.
Very friendly and explained everything very well. He takes the time to be sure you have the best care and plan for surgery. Feel confident in coming back here for my health care needs.
