Office visit, surgery, and follow-up contact with Dr. Sheppard and his staff were professional, prompt, and very helpful in understanding what was happening, how it could be resolved, and what I needed to know and expect after surgery.
Dr. Sheppard is very professional, skilled, efficient and knowledgeable. That is why I selected him for a follow-up appointment, after I had to have emergency surgery when out of town.
