Everyone was very friendly and professional! Dr Sheppard was professional and explained everything to me.
Dr Sheppard performed two procedures on me over a 3 month period to repair an inguinal hernia followed by repair of an unbilical hernia. He is easy to interact with and extremely skilled. He describe how he would perform the procedure and the anticipated recovery time. My recovery was issue free and I am extremely satisfied with the results. If you need hernia repair or gall bladder removal, I highly recommend Dr. Sheppard.
Doctor Sheppard is the best surgeon I have ever met. Compassionate and caring. Since of humor is wonderful! He even prayed a wonderful prayer with me before surgery and did not rush it! He is an answer to my prayer!

I've been a nurse for 20 years so I've seen a variety of different skills and bedside manners. He took what should have been a major surgery & made it an office procedure. Dr. Sheppard went out of his way to ease stress, calm nerves with humor after we had all been talking which is priceless in my opinion. Came into the hospital with appendicitis.? Met Dr Sheppard just prior to surgery. He was very nice and explained everything to me. He prayed with me. I felt safe with him performing my surgery.
