I can't recommend Dr. Sheppard highly enough. I was referred to him for inguinal hernia repair in Aug 2021. I was impressed with both him and the office staff during the initial consultation. Everyone was courteous and friendly, and I did not feel rushed at all. He explained the options and details for repair of my hernia and the recovery times for the different procedures. I have a hernia that needs to be repaired. Dr. Sheppard took the time to explain that I needed to lose some weight before he could do the repair. I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism.
Dr. Sheppard and his staff are professional and friendly. After consulting with him I felt confident in his abilities as a surgeon. I would recommend him to family and friends.
Dr. Sheppard has operated on two of my children - one for cancer surgery and one for gall bladder surgery, and he is amazing! He is so calm and reassuring, and I cannot imagine using any surgeon but him. And, we have always had great office and nursing staff on top of that!
