Dr. Sheppard is a great doctor. He is professional and compassionate. I am a repeat customer, and would return again (hopefully I don't have to) if need be. The office staff is friendly. Dr. Sheppard has great bedside manner, too.

I could not be more pleased with the preparation for surgery, the surgery itself and the after care. Dr. Sheppard is one of the most detailed and well informed Doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Everything he told me he would do is exactly what he did. Comfortable exam
I think Dr. Shepherd is OUTSTANDING.. He spent time with me before the surgery going over EVERYTHING and he even Prayed with me. My surgery went Great as did my follow up and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. His office staff and nurses are ALL SO NICE.
Dr. Sheppard took the time to explain what to expect during my bilateral hernia repair. Robotic laparoscopic surgery went well. Minimal pain post surgery; no need for opioids. Back to normal activity (running, biking, yoga...) in just 3 weeks. Staff was very efficient. On their list what what to expect post surgery it would be helpful to indicate possible side effects from carbon dioxide used to inflate the abdomen and the wearing off of anesthesia.
Dr. Sheppard explains the condition and treatment clearly and answers questions the patient might have. He is cheerful and personable and I recommend him highly.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sheppard, Jr's for several years. He is an awesome surgeon, that answers questions and explains what is going on, what needs to be done, and what will happen thoroughly. His office staff is wonderful as well. I've had nothing but great experiences with his entire office.
