Friendly and welcoming staff. From start to finish, I had a great visit to their office.
Dr. Sheppard is down to earth, a great surgeon, and helped me very much in a difficult time.
The office staff was very friendly. Dr. Sheppard easy to talk with, friendly, and professional. You feel confident he is a highly competent surgeon that cares about his patients.
Dr Sheppard Jr did a fantastic job with my procedure. I told me everything that I should expect during the recovery process and he was spot on. His staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel as comfortable as they could under the circumstances.
Dr. Sheppard is a very skilled surgeon who listens to you and provides excellent care. I went to his office very frustrated and worried about my situation (Cyst on my right breast) and he resolved my problem with a great deal of patience, confidence and professionalism. If you are looking for a general surgeon you can trust, then you have found one!
