Dr. Sheppard met all my expectations. He answered all my questions, described the physiological aspects of my malady, and the surgery required to correct it. He thoroughly described the operation, the recovery process, and potential outcomes. He is an expert in his field; respectful to patients; and careful to ensure that potential patients are well informed about their condition, treatment options, and outcomes.
I had an initial consultation with Dr. Sheppard last week. He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I think what I most appreciated was his positivity which is very comforting. When you know something is not quite right in your body, I want to be in the care of someone that is positive. Feeling confident that whatever is wrong can be made right.
He took the time to explain what was going on. The plan of action and advise to keep me on the right track. He made me feel important as a patient
Dr Shepard explained things well and took the time to listen to my concerns and address them rather than treat me as another number and apply a standard procedure.
On time, thorough, compassionate, spends time with you, answers all questions.
Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Dr. Shepherd was laidback but still competently handled what I came in for. No complaints!
