I had my gallbladder removed Wednesday April. 28,2021 at Crestwood Hospital. Dr. Shepard is the best doctor, his bedside manner is EXCELLENT. He is very caring, and one on one. I would recommend him to anyone needing health care. Hardly no pain, no port, little gas.
It all went much better than I was expecting.

This was my third appointment withDr Shepard Jr. He has superb "bedside manners," he stays on top of your status,, and discusses your issues calmly. He knows what your issues are before you finish your concerns. If something needs his attention he will review your records and makes sure he, and his patient are on the same playbook page.
Follow-up office visit at one month after my hernia surgery, Dr Shepard did an outstanding job review my recovery progress, framing my path forward and answering my questions. He has the experience and professionalism to provide outstanding general surgery and medical support. I trust his judgement and value his opinion, he is cares about his patience and their well being!
Dr. Sheppard was extremely knowledgable and well prepared for my visit by reviewing previous CT scans to accurately diagnose my issue. Very personable and thorough. All the staff were friendly and accommodating .
Follow up on laparoscopic hernia repair with mesh. Determination that small bump was scaring and not a concern.
