My grandkids liked the atmosphere, but the food was not very good at all. The service was good, but that's about it .

The experience was neat and the food was good. The kids really enjoyed the animated animals.
I had an awesome waiter and the manager came by and checked on us to make sure everything was good. But our waiter was always right there asking us if everything was ok and refilling our drinkers without asking and he was very friendly!!!
We loved the service and the food was awesome. It was a little too much sensory overload for my 22 month old but it was a nice dinner
We went for our first time last night. We were told the wait would be an hour and 10 minutes but we weren't starving so we decided to wait. It was closer to an hour and a half but we have a great table and a fabulous waiter! I think his name was Feelak. Our drinks came very quickly as did our queso appetizer. Very good queso! Well I don't understand how anyone could give this place a 12 or three reading, I suppose it's possible they might have gotten a trainee for a server. This is always been one of my favorite places to eat and take the grand children no matter what city we're in if it has one.
We went there this evening. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait. The second time we checked back I told them it had been over 30 minutes. Of course we were seated within 5 minutes. As I was walking to our table I noticed numerous empty tables. Really? Is this just a way to make us shop in your store? There's no reason to wait 30 minutes when there are so many empty tables.
